Preventive Maintenance

This preventive maintenance SOP gives technicians a single path through every scheduled PM work order: review the asset history, prepare parts and lockout/tagout, service the equipment, and prove it performs before closing out.
Safety sits inside the flow itself: the work does not start until lockout/tagout is verified. Defects found beyond PM scope raise a corrective work order instead of being patched silently, and the asset must pass a performance test before the order closes with readings logged.
