45% is yours to split.
Every client you refer puts 45% of their list price into a pool for their first 6 months. You decide how much goes to them as a discount and how much you keep as commission. Give away fifteen, keep thirty. Keep all forty-five. It is your call, and you can change it.
Both halves run for the same 6 months. After that your client moves to standard pricing and commission ends — we tell you both before it happens.
5 steps.
A client is assigned to your partner profile in writing, not to a click. That is what makes the commission checkable — by you and by us.
- 1
Apply
Tell us about your practice and the clients you work with. We read every application and reply either way.
- 2
Get certified
A live working session with our team: how to build a client’s process library, run training and compliance, and migrate what they already have. Then you sign the partner agreement.
- 3
Set up your profile
You get a partner profile and we set up your commission channel — how you are paid, and where the statements go — before there is any money to send.
- 4
Register the client
Tell us who you are bringing before or during their trial, or have them name you when they sign up. We assign them to your profile and confirm it with you in writing, so nobody finds out at invoice time that a referral was not recorded.
- 5
Earn
Forty-five percent of that client’s list price for their first six months, split however you like between a discount for them and commission for you. Both run for the same six months. Paid monthly, once we have been paid.
Who this is for

What certification covers
A live working session with our team, then the partner agreement. It is about your clients’ work, not our feature list.
- Building a client’s process library from what they already have — documents, spreadsheets, and the parts only one person knows
- Roles, RACI and access, so a procedure says who does what
- Training programs and compliance cycles, including how enrollment and deadlines behave
- The reporting a client’s leadership will ask for
- Where Essoflo is the wrong fit, so you do not recommend it into a bad engagement
The rules, in plain English
The full version is in the partner agreement you sign. Nothing in it should surprise you after reading this.
- A client counts as referred once they are assigned to your partner profile — because you told us they were coming, or because they named you at signup — and they have not been an Essoflo customer before.
- The six months run from their first paid invoice, not from the day they signed up or started a trial.
- The discount your client gets runs for those same six months. After that they move to standard pricing, and we tell you before it happens.
- Commission is forty-five percent of list minus whatever you passed on as a discount, and the two always add to forty-five.
- We pay monthly, after the client has paid us. Nothing is paid on refunded or charged-back invoices.
- Every assignment is confirmed with you in writing before it counts, and we tell you when a client’s six months are ending.
- Commission is paid through the channel set up with your profile. If it is not set up, we hold the commission rather than lose it.
- You cannot refer yourself, and a client already in conversation with us is not a referral.
Questions
- Do I have to resell Essoflo or handle billing?
- No. Your client buys from Essoflo directly at the price your split sets, and we invoice and support them. You are never in the middle of the money.
- How is a client attributed to me?
- By hand, and in writing. You tell us who you are bringing, or they name you when they sign up, and we confirm the assignment to your profile. There is no tracking link to lose and no cookie to expire.
- How do I decide the split?
- You choose when you are set up, and you can change it. Some partners pass the whole forty-five percent on as a discount to win the recommendation; some keep it all as commission; most sit somewhere between.
- What happens after six months?
- Both halves end together. The client’s discount stops and they move to standard pricing, and your commission stops with it. We tell you and them before it happens rather than letting it appear on an invoice.
- When do I get paid?
- Monthly, after we have been paid by the client. We do not pay commission on invoices that were refunded or charged back.
- What if my client was already talking to you?
- Then they are not a referral, and we will say so. Assignments are confirmed in writing before they count, which is the point of registering a client rather than arguing about it after the invoice.
- Can I refer my own company?
- No. The program is for clients you work with, not for your own subscription.
