- Profile and contact details: phone number, business name, role
- Billing information: billing address and payment details (payment card data is processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
- Content you upload: files, documents, flowcharts, SOPs, and other materials you create or upload to your workspace
- Communications: messages you send to support or feedback you submit
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, actions taken in the Service, timestamps
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs

How We Use Your Information

Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Backups are typically purged within 30–90 days.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, hashed passwords, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data. Learn more at our Trust Center.
International Data Transfers
Essoflo is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
